Hier het recept dat ik ooit eens heb opgeschreven .
Penne met zalm, olijven en artisjokken
- 500 gr Penne pasta
- 6 el olijfolie
- 2 teentjes knoflook, gesnipperd
- 3 chilipepers, zonder zaad en fijngehakt
- 100 gr olijven, zonderpit
- 410 gr artisjokken
- 2 el kappertjes
- 400 gr zalm(blik) uitgelekt
Bereiden
Kook de penne met zout beetgaar, al dente volgens de aanwijzingenLaat het uitlekken
Verwarm dan 2 el olie in een koekenpan en bak hierin de knoflook en de chilipeper 2-3 minuten
Doe vervolgens de pasta in de pan, voeg de resterende ingrediënten toe en laat het alles goed door warmen .Maak op smaak met zout en peper .
